From kids to grown-ups...It is time to turn up the fun while making something beautiful!
TYPES OF CLASSES:
Glass fusing - Learn the ancient art of glass fusing and create art-glass masterpieces! Fun! Try something new! There will be a variety of projects to choose from. A special class!

In this FUN class, students will use a polymer clay that can be baked in a kitchen oven! Imaginations go wild as students decide what to make: tiny creatures and miniatures of any kind including food, robots, unicorns, monsters, beautiful jewelry, pinch pots, magnets, ornaments, and other collectibles. Instructions, project ideas and guidance provided, but students are encouraged to create from their own vision! Students can make entire sets of characters and props for their imaginative stories and will be able to pull from Nikki’s large collection of recyclable supplies and art materials to complete their projects. All clay and materials are included in the class.
Eco-Art -
From Trash to treasure....Upcycle it! Choose from a variety of materials to make something really cool that may have been headed to landfill. Kids ESPECIALLY love these fun projects that transform used or broken materials into new forms.
Jewelry Classes-
We will use traditional and not-so-traditional materials to create our own jewelry! Choose from a treasure of new and vintage beads or perhaps make some of your own from my large collection of up-recyclable materials. I will have examples and give lessons on a variety of customized jewelry masterpieces to inspire! Necklaces, bracelets, earrings, pins and more ideas to choose from. Attendees will be making unique works of wearable art to wear and share with their family and friends!

NIKKI CONTINI

Nikki Contini has been a fused glass artist for more than 20 years. Her artwork is colorful and whimsical and has been shown in many shows. She teaches glass fusing and eco-art and jewelry to children and adults throughout the Bay Area. Nikki earned her degree in clinical psychology from San Francisco State University in 1993. Since then, she has studied holistic approaches to healing with a focus on art as a therapy for wellness and healing. She is an enthusiastic teacher committed to helping her students of all ages joyfully explore their creativity. Check out some of her work at her Etsy shop.
